The Team Behind Anexicon
Amrah – Co-Founder & Senior Consultant in Laboratory Medicine
Amrah combines deep expertise in laboratory medicine with advanced pedagogical competence. She is a licensed Biomedical Scientist from Karolinska Institutet, studied at the University of Khartoum, and holds a Master’s degree in Education and Didactics from Stockholm University, where she also conducts postgraduate research in medical pedagogy.
With extensive hands-on experience from Swedish healthcare and international missions, including Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières), Amrah integrates clinical methodology with higher education pedagogy. Her dedication to the profession and industry advancement is also reflected in her previous leadership role as a board member of the Swedish Institute of Biomedical Laboratory Science (IBL).
Joakim – Co-Founder & Operations Advisor
Joakim is a co-founder of Anexicon and brings over 20 years of combined experience in operational security, risk management, and logistics leadership, with a strong focus on public sector operations and complex international environments.
His background encompasses physical security and surveillance operations as well as extensive operational service within the government sector, where his primary focus in recent years has been international operational leadership, logistics, and inter-agency coordination under demanding conditions.
Alongside his operational expertise, Joakim holds broad administrative and technical skills with an emphasis on finance, IT, and digital infrastructure. Within Anexicon, he oversees internal operations and strategic administration, while offering consulting and advisory services in operational security planning, risk assessment, and logistical workflows.
